If your Plantaform Indoor Garden is showing as offline and you need to reconnect it to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps to reconfigure your garden:
Step 1: Put the Indoor Garden into Reconfiguration Mode
1. Unplug your Plantaform Indoor Garden and plug it back in.
2. Press and hold the status light button for 10 seconds until the status light button starts pulsing blue. This indicates that the device is in reconfiguration mode.
Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi via the Plantaform App
1. Open the Plantaform App on your smartphone.
2. Navigate to the Home Page (where you see options like Lights, Water, and Plant Care).
3. Tap the ⓘ icon in the top right corner.
4. Tap the three-circle button in the top right corner again.
5. Select “Reconfigure” and follow the on-screen prompts to reconnect your device to Wi-Fi.
