Provided that you can fulfill the additional requirements below, you may receive a complete refund within 60 days of receiving your Indoor Garden:
1) You must provide evidence of purchase, such as an order number or an email verifying your purchase.
2) The Indoor Garden and/or Plant Pods must still be functional, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@plantaform.com, and we will provide shipping instructions and any other pertinent information.
Please note that refunds are not available for Plantaform Indoor Garden's or Plant Pods bought through third-party resellers, retail partners, or other websites. To learn more, please refer to their respective return policies.
