Provided that you can fulfill the additional requirements below, you may receive a complete refund within 60 days of receiving your Indoor Garden:

1. You must provide evidence of purchase, such as an order number or an email verifying your purchase.
2. The Indoor Garden and/or Plant Pods must still be functional, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you.

Please note that all Indoor Garden returns are subject to a $37.75 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your overall refund amount.

Please note that refunds are not available for Plantaform Indoor Gardens or Plant Pods purchased through third-party resellers, retail partners, or other websites. To learn more, please refer to their respective return policies.
