We guarantee that if unopened, in the original sealing, and stored indoors, our Plantaform Plant Pod Packs will germinate within 12 months of delivery.

While our Indoor Gardens provide an ideal environment for plant growth, you may be entitled to a credit for a replacement Plant Pod Pack under the following circumstances:

1. No germination from two or more Plant Pods occur within 14 days of starting a growth cycle via the Plantaform Application.
2. The plant is afflicted with a disease.

Please take note of the following information regarding replacement plant pods:

• Plantaform Plant Pods must be cultivated using only the Plantaform Indoor Garden and Plantaform Accessories (such as Pod Plugs, Germination Domes, Plantaform Nutrients, etc.).
• Please send us photographs of your plants and where your Plantaform Indoor Garden is setup.
• Please be aware that the Plantaform Indoor Garden is intended for indoor use only. We cannot replace Plant Pods if they have been kept outside or if our Indoor Garden has been used outside at anytime during the growing cycle.
