🥬 Red Frilled Lettuce

Flavour & Use

Mild, slightly nutty flavour with a delicate, tender texture. Perfect for adding colour and texture to salads, wraps, and gourmet dishes.

Care Tips

• Maintenance: Thin to 1 to 2 strong seedlings once sprouted.
• Pruning & Harvesting: Start harvesting the outer larger growing leaves at 25–30 days to allow smaller leaves to continue to grow. Final harvest by day 40–50.

Extra Tips

• Prune/Harvest larger individual leaves as the plant starts to grow to allow the smaller leaves to continue to grow.
• Monitor for leaf colour loss and remove leaves that are getting close to the LED's.

🥬 Outredgeous Romaine

Flavour & Use

Mildly sweet with a crisp, juicy bite. Great for Caesar salads, sandwiches, and as a vibrant red-tinted base for mixed greens.

Care Tips

• Maintenance: Thin to 1 to 2 strong seedlings once sprouted.
